Clients will often come to me after a long weekend telling me that they messed up. While it is important not to stray from the rules of the program, it is even more important to recognize that nobody is perfect. One client in particular has been having amazing BCAs every week, but this week she had not progressed as well as before. She owned up to the fact that she had let her daily stress get the best of her. She told me that her brief slip up had motivated her to push even harder, and make even more of an effort to achieve her goals. She told me that there was nothing more frustrating than knowing she was letting nobody but herself down. While I never want anybody to be too hard themselves, it is so important to recognize that making a change in your personal health and wellness is the most important change you will ever make. This is a commitment to YOU, and is all about extending and improving your life!
So keep up the good work, and remember to stay focused on your goals. YOU can change YOUR life any time you want to!
