Me Time

Just met with a female client, a busy mom of 2, who is on day 17 of her PURE program and is noticing huge changes to her health and body.

In just 17 days, she already has better self-esteem, improved digestion and mood, clearer skin, less fatigue, more energy, is sleeping better and HER CLOTHING IS FITTING MUCH BETTER (we all know what a huge win that is)!!!

As a mom myself, I know how easy it is for us to put everyone else first. To want more and better for our loved ones. Unfortunately, that comes with a price. Think of it as supply and demand. The more our time and energy is demanded the less we have to supply to ourselves.

Moral of the story? Start making yourself a priority! Start with baby steps. Carve out 10-15 minutes from your hectic schedule to do something for you. Whether it’s a quick walk, yoga session, meditation, or reading a book. Whatever brings you joy!
