Your alarm clock goes off…you wake up… get the kids ready… make breakfast…take the kids to school… rush to work…pick the kids up… make dinner…get the kids ready for bed… clean up… sit down… and you pass out. Does that sound at all familiar to you?
What do the items on that daily to-do list all have in common? Sounds crazy to think of it this was, but they are all habits. You could probably get those tasks done with your eyes closed.

Here’s what works great for our PURE clients who aren’t used to drinking a lot of water: Get an app or set alarm clocks on your phone to remind you to drink. You’re training your brain to look for water every time that alarm goes off. Before you know it, you’ll be drinking water naturally, without any reminders!
So go ahead- pick a habit, make a game plan, and just be consistent. You’ll be on your way to a happier, healthier you in no time.
